Concrete Overlay Resurfacing is the ideal renovation product for New or Existing Concrete...
Designed to top existing concrete surfaces with a 2mm - 5mm spray on, non-slip resurfacing compound, ideal for either indoor or outdoor renovation work, or as a new application. It is a low maintenance system and is extremely hard wearing.
The use of the different colors and finishes available can resemble anything from polished marble to baked terra cotta tiles. Our system is extremely versatile in that special designs, company logos, monograms, etc. can be incorporated into the paving. Edges of plain, matching or contrasting patterns can be added and even be applied to steps. The finished job is sealed with a protective coating which protects the product from dirt and stain and improves the overall strength of the topping.
Caring for our product couldn't be easier. A quick hose down incorporating our Concrete Cleaner together with a stiff broom will remove most marks.

Thin Stamped Overlay
This is an extremely elegant application process that is applied from 1/4" to 3/8" thick and the material is then imprinted with stamp tools or texture skins to achieve the same beauty of authentic stone, slate, brick, tile, wood planking and conventional stamped concrete. However, Thin Stamped Overlays compared to conventional stamped concrete do not require removing and replacing the existing concrete and does not create the mess and clean-up normally associated with conventional stamped concrete. In short, Thin Stamped Overlays are much more affordable, require less application time than conventional stamped concrete. It is also much more versatile allowing the installations over wood decks and on walls.
Trowel Down Finishes
These applications are an economical alternatives to thin stamped overlays, although it is lacking the overall depth of the stamp overlay. However, the trowel down finishes create a textured decorative finish that rivals the look of conventional slate and stone at a fraction of the cost of the real thing. This system is used for the restoration of surface deteriorated concrete but is also used to protect new concrete surfaces and add a decorative slip resistant finish. Trowel texture overlays are a versatile system that allows for the system to be applied interior and exterior, exterior applications are more commonly applied to pool decks, driveways, patios, etc. giving the property added beauty, added slip resistance and added durability.
Splatter Textures & Knockdown Finishes
This application is a decorative resurfacing system which allows for numerous colors and designs to be applied over structurally sound concrete. The splatter texture overlay is a decorative finish but is also a very economical application which not only restores surface deteriorated concrete but is also used to protect new concrete surfaces and add a decorative slip resistant finish. Splatter textures are typically applied with a air powered hopper gun and are more commonly applied to pool decks, driveways, patios, etc. giving the property added beauty, added slip resistance and added durability. Although stone, slate and tile finishes can be easily installed like thin stamped overlays, the actual texture is slightly less authentic looking but more textured to provide a non-slip texture.
Concrete Repair Resurfacing
This is an application most concrete contractors would like to believe is possible, yet still have a high level of pessimism towards the success and long term durability of the application. The basis behind the application is to repair/restore/resurface pitted, flaked, deteriorated or poorly finished concrete that would otherwise need torn out and replaced. Normal applications are applied 1/32" to 1/4" thick with thicker applications being optional if needed. Finished applications look as if new concrete was poured, yet offer increased levels of performance including: resistance to chemicals, salt, petrochemicals, UV, water resistance and more. Because of the inexpensive cost of this application, it is becoming the standard for surface repair.
